Quote requests: your name, email, phone number, postcode, your description of the work, and any photo you choose to upload — used solely to prepare and respond to your quote.
Orders: your contact and delivery details and your door configuration — used to manufacture and deliver your order and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations.
Payments:card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s systems and never touch our servers.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and contains no tracking pixels, which is why you don’t see a cookie-consent banner. The only cookies involved are the strictly necessary cookies set by Stripe during checkout for payment processing and fraud prevention.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase — database and file storage; Vercel — website hosting; Stripe — payments; Resend — transactional email). Photos you upload with a quote request are stored in a private area and are never publicly accessible.

How long we keep it
